Right of withdrawal

If you bought from nineroads.gr as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you received the products, without giving any reason (article 3e of Greek Law 2251/1994).

To withdraw, email us at info@nineroads.gr or call us on +30 697 337 8318 with your order number, before the 14-day period ends. You can also use the model form at the end of this page. Please include the receipt or invoice with the products.

Products that cannot be returned

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of cosmetics that have been opened or whose seal has been removed after delivery (article 3n(e) of Greek Law 2251/1994). Products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

How to return

Send the products to: Amfipoli–Drama National Road, 62041 Amfipoli, Serres, Greece, no later than 14 days after letting us know. You pay the cost of sending the return.

Refunds

We refund the amount you paid, together with the original standard shipping cost, no later than 14 days from the day you told us you were withdrawing. We may delay the refund until we receive the products. The refund is made using the same payment method you used; for cash on delivery or bank transfer, by transfer to the bank account you give us.

Faulty or wrong product

If you received a damaged or leaking product, or one different from what you ordered, let us know within 3 days of receiving it, with a photo. We will send you the right product or refund your money, and we will cover the shipping costs.
