By using the shop and placing an order, you accept the terms below.

Products

Our cosmetics are made in a laboratory certified by the Greek National Organization for Medicines (EOF) and are registered on the European CPNP portal. Photos are for illustration only; packaging may differ slightly. Before first use, read the ingredients and do a patch test on a small area of skin.

Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs and any cash-on-delivery fee are shown in the cart before you complete your order. In case of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before shipping your order.

Payment methods

Debit or credit card and PayPal (through PayPal’s secure platform), bank transfer and cash on delivery. We do not store card details.

Shipping

We ship throughout Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria. Shipping within Greece starts at €3 and is free for orders over €40. For Cyprus and Bulgaria the cost is €8.50.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order. The details and exceptions (e.g. opened cosmetics) are set out in our Returns policy.

Personal data

Your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679, as described in our Privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The texts, photos, logos and designs of the shop belong to Nine Roads Cosmetics and may not be used without written permission.

Dispute resolution

If you have any problem, please contact us first. You can also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (synigoroskatanaloti.gr) or another alternative consumer dispute resolution body. Greek law applies.
